rtCamp Wordpress Assignment

  • it is an rtcamp assignment site build with foundation 6 .
  • We can manage logo, custom post type slider, and widgets cool!.
  • Easy to setup, integrate and use.

Here are some features of the theme:

  • Custom post types (Our partners, Exhibition, Our work)
  • Latest Tweets with provided username
  • Facebook like box with provided username
  • Social link widget
  • Showcase widget for important instructions
  • Ourpartners and specified youtube videos sliders two extra widget are provided twitter and facebook like box as a widget

Installation

  1. Upload the theme files to the /wp-content/themes/rtcampOne directory, or from the 'Themes' section in your dashboard (Go to Themes > Add New > Upload) upload zip file.
  2. Activate the theme through the 'Appearance > Themes' screen in the WordPress.

Slider Information :

slider-entries

  • In this section, We can add and edit featured slider images and it will be displayed as a slider on the homepage.

How to use

  • create categories name="slider" and only this categories post will displayed in slider .
  • when writing the post if you want to that post appear in slider then it must be in slider category
  • slider shows maximum four post

custom post type Info

partners

  • In this section, We can add and edit partners and those partner's featured images will be displayed as a slider on the homepage. work
  • In this section, We can add and edit works that company has been doing and featured images of most recent works will be displayed as a main slider on the homepage. exhibitions
  • In this section, We can add and edit the information of all exhibitions and visitors can access full information of any exhibition from homepage.

Widgets Information:

Social links

  • it simply create the link of social site with provided username.
  • You can add this widget in Wordpress Dashboard Appearance > Widgets and select "social link widget" in the sidebar or footer section.

facebook likebox

  • You can add this widget in Wordpress Dashboard Appearance > Widgets and select "Facebook Likebox" in the sidebar or footer section.
  • You can add username from the wordpress admin area.
  • It will display facebook likebox in the footer or sidebar section.

Twitter tweets

  • You can add this widget in Wordpress Dashboard Appearance > Widgets and select "Twitter tweets" in the sidebar or footer section.
  • it required two things 'username' & 'number of tweets'
  • maximum ten & minimum one tweet will fetch

Showcase widget

  • You can add this widget in Wordpress Dashboard Appearance > Widgets and select "Showcase widget" in the sidebar or footer section.
  • it display right after the slider in home page
  • it is simple a box in which it display title , discription & button.

news category

  • Latest news will be displayed along with user selected post.
  • You can add this widget in Wordpress Dashboard Appearance > Widgets and select "News widget" in the sidebar or footer section. important links
  • You can add this widget in Wordpress Dashboard Appearance > Widgets and select "Important Links" in the sidebar or footer section.
  • It will display important links in the footer or sidebar section.

Themepanel Page

  • From theme panel page, you can choose logo, add youtube videos links, facebook page username, twitter profile and sticky post.
