Execute from project root:

pytest -s

Jupyter

Before start jupyter server you need to add project path to PYTHONPATH environment variable:

export PYTHONPATH=${PYTHONPATH}:${HOME}/path/to/coherent_neutrino_scattering

Then:

jupyter notebook
