URL in Documentation is wrong

In the project description and the README, there is this URL:

http://galeracluster.com/documentation-webpages/monitoringthecluster.html

but it seems this is no longer a valid URL

I dont know what the original URL was, so I cannot tell for sure, but one of these two probably is what it was:

https://galeracluster.com/library/documentation/monitoring-cluster.html
https://galeracluster.com/library/documentation/monitor.html

Thanks @micah for pointing this out. I've updated the links, they will be corrected with the next release.
