nekBench
nekBench is a benchmark suite representing key kernels of nek5000 and nekRS. It serves as a lightweight tool for performance analysis on high performance computing architectures.
The code uses the CEED software products OCCA and benchParanumal.
Available benchmarks
- axhelm
- nekBone
Installation
The suite can be built using
make
or with enabled {CUDA,HIP,OPENCL} support
make OCCA_CUDA_ENABLED=1
Then, add the following environment variables to your shell (here bash):
export OCCA_DIR=<install dir>/3rdParty/occa
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$LD_LIBRARY_PATH:$OCCA_DIR/lib
