destroy method?

I'd love to see a destroy method so I can programatically remove portamento-ness from elements on the page.

As far as I know, this method is recommended for all jQuery plugins.

Thoughts appreciated.

Ack! Sorry for the delay replying - at some point Github stopped notifying me of issues on the repo which is not terribly helpful.

I'll have a look into it, I'm planning to make some time for Portamento updates soon as it has been stagnant far too long so a destroy method is on the todo list now.
