Static version of DOI sankey

Following the same strategy of the previous implementations, generate a DOI sankey from the vignette, but with no interactivity. This doesn't need any nodes, just links.

The data will be passed as in the timeboxes example, except the extra column comes from the group name (not time). So, the trick will be ensuring that the link offsets can be calculated easily
