why can't i select the frequencies i want to use on the command line when using gnssir?

originally this was because you were supposed to have an analysis strategy BEFORE you ran gnssir. Eventually I allowed you to test out your strategy with a single frequency using -fr.

version 3.5.9 should do this. i still recommend you use a json to set frequencies. and the extension option is there so you can try different values etc. the docker and pypi version should be available soon.
