pip3 install sqlalchemy
pip3 install mysqlclient
if you have trouble with mysqlclient maybe this will help
brew install mysql-client pkg-config
export PKG_CONFIG_PATH="/opt/homebrew/opt/mysql-client/lib/pkgconfig"
pip3 install mysqlclient
