what is the current state of the project

Hi @kriswallsmith @stof ,
i just want to know what the current state of this project is? there are so many pull requests and issues open and the last commit is from 2016. is there anywhere an activly maintained fork?
Almost a 1 year without an answer, I believe that something will answer you.
Isn't this library pretty stable? Just curious if the radio silence is a huge deal or if there are glaring issues.

Kriss Wallsmith: I am not maintaining it anymore. Happy to hand over the reigns to someone though.
@prhost @BigMichi1 @RWOverdijk we're almost ready to launch the 2.0 branch of assetic-php/assetic. Until we tag 2.0, you can pull it in by using "assetic/framework": "dev-2.0/dev" in your composer.json files.
