Keyboard driven Firefox browing.
Modifications:
-- Escape and Ctrl-[ now work the same to unfocus and disable keyboard navigation mode.
-- Checkboxes don't keep focus when hitting 'f' and other keyboard commands anymore.
-- anchors don't show up in Gmail inbox when in Basic HTML mode
