PYTHON & CSH Calling on various electron density software to carry out calculations in order to validate a PDB model. These codes are made for csh (e.g. ubuntun) and it also needs Python2.7 or above to run. It takes advantage of multiprocessing, so having mutliple cores on your machine will be advantageous. (At least 6 are required.) This code needs for Phenix to be installed as it calls its functions. https://www.phenix-online.org/documentation/index.html The code also needs for --- to be installed. Next feature to add is PDB mutations.
