pipeline not an option

In the manual you write:

isONclust pipeline --ont --fastq [reads.fastq] --outfolder [/path/to/output]

but pipeline is not an option or command, is it?
isONclust: error: invalid choice: 'pipeline' (choose from 'write_fastq')

You are correct, it's a copy-paste error. I have removed this now. Thanks!
