Server Setup
Install LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP)
The Linux distribution used for this setup is Linux Mint, but the same configuration should work on different distributions.
Apache packages from official Linux Mint repositories: apache2
MySQL packages from the official Linux Mint repositories: mysql-server mysql-client mysql_secure_installation is recommended after successful installation
PHP packages from the official Linux Mint repositories: php7.0
Install the required php dependencies with "composer update" in the root dir
