Current modes of analysis were time consuming, and thus reduced time available for laboratory tasks to be completed. Precision tools focused on individual pixel analysis were implemented to optimize a customizable program for both colorimetric (i.e., horseradish peroxidase) and fluorescence staining (i.e., immunofluorescence). This project successfully established a mode of histological image analysis through an accessible user interface, adaptable editor options, and the ability to store the crucial data with ease.

Only accepts TIFF files currently. Use track clicks to select an individual pixel. RGB values will be updated accordingly. Use "make white using track clicks" to make all pixels not at selected value white for easy analysis. Use HRP/IFC buttons for individual stain types. Use "make white" button and select range on right of button. +/- will be applied to rgb value. Save to CSV after selecting location.
