AZ100LightSheet

This repository contains files for building a simple light sheet system based on a Nikon AZ100 microscope. Most of the files are CAD drawings for mounting ASI LX4000 parts purchased from Ebay on to the AZ100. The filter wheel mounts were machined from aluminum by proto labs; the other parts were 3D printed from ABS in house.

  • LightSheetControl: folder for LightSheetControl plugin. This works with the Utilities / MultiStage device to set the relationship between the objective and cuvette Z-stages. The user defines pairs of stage coordinates where the sample is well focused, and this plugin calculates the best fit line to the points and updates the MultiStage device appropriately.
