Open Chrome Browser: Start by opening Google Chrome on your computer.

Open the Extensions Page: Click on the vertical ellipsis (three vertical dots) on the top-right corner of the browser. Hover over "More Tools," then click on "Extensions" from the sub-menu. Alternatively, you can type chrome://extensions/ into the address bar and press Enter.

Enable Developer Mode: On the top-right of the Extensions page, toggle the "Developer mode" switch to enable it. This allows you to install unpacked extensions.

Load the Unpacked Extension: Click the "Load unpacked" button, which will appear at the top-left of the page once Developer Mode is enabled. Navigate to the directory where your extension's files are located. This should be a folder containing the extension's manifest.json file and other necessary files. Select the folder and click "Open" or "Select Folder" (depending on your operating system).

Verify Installation: After loading, the extension should appear in the list of installed extensions. You can see its details, and it should be enabled by default. Ensure that the extension works as expected by testing its functionality in the browser.

Manage Extension: You can manage the extension by returning to the Extensions page. Here, you can enable or disable the extension, update it, or remove it if needed.
