Add KUtil to PyPI

Add KUtil to PyPI so others can simply install KUtil

I followed this tutorial, until I reached this point, where a conflict with an already existing package "kutil" (here) caused upload error.

I'll have to try contacting the owner "Tobias Neitzel", maybe I can get him to free the name? (The project's name probably stands for Kerberos UTIL). Last release (v1.0.0) is 4 years old...
