You will need IPython, NumPy, SciPy, PyMC, Daft, and scikit-learn. The best way to get this software is to install Anaconda [1]. You will need to separately run - pip install pymc - pip install daft [1] https://store.continuum.io/cshop/anaconda/ Then in this directory, type - ipython notebook --pylab=inline And go to 127.0.0.1:8888 in your browser.
