it seems that the hardware gpu was rejected due to missing a required extension

however the adapter in question that was rejected was never printed. that should be corrected.

Thanks for the report! Indeed it would be good to print the adapter being rejected.
It would also be good if you could update the driver and verify if the extension is now present.
