This is a Service that I have written during my time at the univesity. It exposes an REST-Interface directly on a Machine Tool with Sinumerik 840D and HMI Operate. This interface can be used to get to capture machine data e. g. for condition monitoring. It is also possible to write data into the machine e. g. to adapt the nc-program. Siemens Create MyHMI is required for execution.
