Add EEGLab path selection to the configuration window

Pretty self explanatory enhancement suggestion. Also, the parameters used on other modules could appear here as well.

This cb573d1 commit adds the EEGLab path configuration to the "Change Parameters" window. However, this window still needs some more fixes, like actually searching for a folder.

Commit 68879a3 corrects the missing search. Some important parameters might still be added to this module, though.
