Confirmation dialogs do not close on EEGModule

After each processing step, there is a window confirming a step's ending. The problem is that this window does not disappear when "Ok" is clicked.

The whole GUIDE UI updates itself all at once, so when we tried to close the dialog, the handle was invalidated but the UI did not draw itself until the next request for so. Adding a drawnow fixed that.
