Remove MUSCLES fits files from package

The current version of p-winds stores and distributes spectra from the MUSCLES and Mega-MUSCLES treasury programs, which generates a significant load of data when installing the package. Ideally, it would be best if the user downloaded the MUSCLES data separately and set an environment variable that points to the path where the data is located in the machine.
