Spooky Season is a custom halloween card creator with drag and drop manipulatable elements. User can create works of horror art using different backgrounds, terrifying elements such as skulls and pumpkins, then add a halloween greeting if they so desire. Spooky season uses a Rails API backend to store and access this card creators elements and user saved peices of card artwork.
Fork and clone this repository to local machine.
Fork and Clone spooky-season-backend and follow instructions in readme to instantiate database and begin server.
After backend server is up and running, open index.html in local browser.
Once index.html is open in browser, select a background, click on different elements to superimpose on card background then drag and drop, and resize element. After Card is designed to user liking save to database for future enjoyment.
