gmsh_from_matlab

  1. First copy the matrix containing xz coordinates to a csv file from matlab manually or otherwise and save it as msh.csv
  2. Then run this python code to convert those coordinates to points in GMSH readable syntax.
  3. Rename the exported msh.txt file to msh.geo.
  4. Run GMSH to see the points rendered.
