Summary
In src/EXTRA-DUMP/xdr_compat.{cpp,h}, you include code from Sun RPC, which is licensed under a non-free, GPL-incompatible license.
LAMMPS Version and Platform
platform-independent, all versions going back before the SVN to git move.
Further Information, Files, and Links
Several copies of that code were relicensed by Oracle to a BSD license.
Please replace your version with a BSD-licensed one.
