Conversion from multi-samples DICOM to NIfTI fails

The DICOM-to-NIfTI conversion only works for single-sample files (i.e. SamplesPerPixel == 1). The conversion should allow multi-sample images, mapping PhotometricInterpretation to NIfTI's intent codes.
