Improve docs organisation

Some documentation is not clearly organised, which may lead to confusion.

An example of this ir the documentation about parameters, which encompasses multiple features that require explanation like how parameters are globalised in a view, how to define and modify one in a view, how to use them from a query, how to use them from a view... All of this is currently only in the "Queries > Parameters" section of the docs.
