Because you can only download 500 at a time, this code combines all the files in a folder into a single dataframe and saves it as a compressed pickle file for easy data analysis.
To use this code, download the Web of Science files as: Export > Other File Formats > Number of Records > Record Content: Full Record and Cited References > Tab Deliminated(Win/Mac UTF-8)
