[Installation] Change public/.htaccess to contain the correct application environment (production, development, testing) Check application/configs/application.ini contains correct database settings Run application/scripts/loadSchema.php to set up the database if you intend to use SQLite. Other databases may require manual configuration, the application/scripts/sql directory contains the schema. Check permissions on sqlite database and ensure read/write access is applied to the file and its parent directories
