Users are able to view create and track their workouts with this app. They are able to log multiple exercises in a workout and track the name, type, weight, sets, reps, and duration of exercise. If the exercise is a cardio exercise, users are be able to track their overall distance traveled. There is also stats page that shows the distance ran and weight used for the past 7 days.
The user must install express and mongoose.
