== How to use a Blogger theme
1. Download the theme to some location by clicking "Download" above
2. Log in to your Blogger dashboard and go to Layout > Edit HTML
3. Under "Backup/Restore Template", click the "Browse" button, find design-notebook.xml, and click OK.
4. Click the "Upload" button.
