Matched filter

This code is for analyzing spectrum by L2-norm comparison between normal and abnormal data.

Additionally, matched filter is included in this code for analyzing the effect of abnormal spectrum.

Command

Please, set data path variable in main.py or mf.py.

For analyzing

python3 main.py

For matched filter

python3 mf.py
