gz_data_prep.py - unpacks zip file of GalaxyZoo into two datasets:
- DATA SET 1 --- original dataset with excluded class3=True - not galaxies .
- DATA SET 2 --- THRESHOLD USED TO DETERMINE THE CLASS(HENCE SOME CHALLENGING EXAMPLES [0.38,0.33, 0.29] ARE THROWN AWAY)
