In this Project first we trained our model using Tensorflow to detect the Number Plate Region. Then we preprocess the croped image and segment that image horizontally and vertically. After completing the segmentation process, we train template matching model using Pytorch to detect the numbers. Then we integrated the full project. Finally we store each car's Number Plate as a string in a CSV file.
