About getting Hausdorff Distance(95%) metric results

Dear @lescientifik,

During Validation and Inference, the only result that comes out is a dice score for ET, TC, and WT. However, the HD95% is also required as an evaluation metric. I have tried my best to use the utils file but no success. Please let me know how I can get the HD95% values of each tumor class.
