Incorrect auc duration in poso_dose_auc() documentation

The documentation incorrectly states that the estimated AUC covers the period from starting_time to time_auc.
This statement is only correct for starting_time = 0.
The AUC is actually estimated over the period from starting_time to starting_time + time_auc.
