Template for the publish to render hybrid assignment

Instructions

  • Fork this repo on Github.

  • Create a new Web Service on Render, and give Render permission to access your new repo.

  • Use the following values during creation:

    Key Value
    Runtime Node
    Build Command npm i
    Start Command npm run start

  • Select the Free Tier

  • Add the environment variable STUDENT_NAME with your name to the configuration. The application will send a 500 error if this is not properly set up.

  • Submit the url on Brightspace, so I can test it out!
