Paste Grid is an plugin for MuseScore that allows to copy and append the Chord Symbols of a selection at the end of the score.
Select a range of notes, and execute the plugin. The selection will be appended at the end of the score, with the Chord Symbols, the layout breaks, but with all the chords and notes replaced by rests.
