set ploidy value

Good morning,

Thank you for developing the Minipileup tool. I am currently working on a project involving a diploid organism (human) and was wondering if there is an option within Minipileup to specify the ploidy level of the organism as it's the case with freebayes.
Could you please confirm if such a parameter exists and how it can be configured?
