This is the original repository for the biosignals package, which I developed and used in the analysis for our 2013 Ubiquitously transcribed genes use alternative polyadenylation to achieve tissue-specific expression paper. The Leslie Lab uses an updated version of this package, which you can find in this bitbucket repository.
