Should instances of "Veresov Attack" be replaced with "Chigorin Variation"?

I think the "Veresov Attack" is usually taken to mean the Richter-Veresov Attack where White plays the bishop to g5, but it does not happen in these openings: here, here. If you look up these positions in the ECO database, they're also classified under "D00 Queen's pawn, Chigorin variation". Should we change the naming of these?
