Migrate specs2 to munit

specs2 is old, we want to migrate completely to munit.
But we can do this step by step similar to this commit: lichess-org/lila@f1aced8.

What are the benefits the munit will bring to this project over specs2?

Mostly, because of munit has better integration for tooling.
