初衷：

笔者刚步入这个行业的时，做了很多无用功，研究收效甚微。高质量的论文有助于论文构思，实验设计和写作规范等。为让大家能够更早地阅读高质量论文，早日入门，所以做了这个英文期刊的推荐列表，主要目的有两个：一是帮助大家快速找到符合自己研究兴趣的高质量论文，把握行业的研究方向和整体趋势。二是方便大家对自己论文的内容和质量迅速定位，选择合适的期刊投稿，提高投稿成功率。

说明：

  • 不同学院对于论文的评定标准不一样。计算机类，软件类学科较为认可CCF等级认定的期刊和会议或清华大学计算机学科分级目录；其他学院基本认可中科院分区(从2022年开始，分区表将只发布升级版结果，不再有基础版和升级版之分)或者学校（院）自行划定的期刊目录；当然，现在也在逐步推广学校（院）对于各学会《高质量科技期刊分级目录》的认可度；有的学校（院）对于IEEE trans的认可度则非常高。
  • 推荐期刊仅仅是笔者在阅读论文过程中的总结，可能不全，欢迎大家提issue补充。
  • 有的期刊刊发的智能故障诊断的论文比较多。有些期刊也刊发智能故障诊断的论文，但是选择这类期刊时需要注意论文研究的对象要符合期刊范围。
  • ablesci中的网页包含期刊的一些基本信息，也包括LetPub 、小木虫 、SCIMAG等可以查看该期刊的网友互动，及期刊影响力的其它指标。
