The shell script in this project contains the instructions for how to install R, R studio server and shiny server on ubuntu 20.4 as well as the dependencies required for most R packages that data scientists use all the time.
Open the terminal and enter the following:
wget https://github.com/lina2497/ubuntu_setup/blob/master/install_R%20_and_dependencies.sh
sudo sh install_R%20_and_dependencies.sh
