Modify wiki to state that ExFat is now supported

https://osresearch.net/InstallingOS/#generic-OS-installation states only ext3/ext4 which is false.
Most thumb drives comes preformstted in ExFat which is Microsoft replacement for fat and was open sourced a while back.
ExFat support was added recently with repairing tools alongside of ext3/ext4 e2fsprogs last month if I recall well.
