You can find my icons on the VS Code Marketplace.

Manual

1. Download the .vsix file from the Releases page.
2. Open the Command Palette (Ctrl+Shift+P or Cmd+Shift+P) in VS Code.
3. Run the Extensions: Install from VSIX... command.
