You should place these files in your current theme directory:
- /current_theme_folder/functions.php
- /current_theme_folder/WPAlchemy/MetaBox.php
- /current_theme_folder/custom/meta.css
- /current_theme_folder/custom/meta.php
- /current_theme_folder/custom/meta2.php
