Telegram To Rum Bot
A telegram bot accepts messages and sends them to the blockchain of RumNetwork.
All messages are signed with the same key for anonymity.
It can be used as treehole and accepts messages from different users.
It can also be used as a notebook that accept forward messages from one user or some users in the config.USERS.
