Error at GMM model
Opened this issue · 1 comments
Hello,
I am trying to run seGMM for the first time and I got an error at the end. I was running only four samples to test. It generates several outputs but fails to write the last file.
Could you help solve this issue?
The analysis was ok and can I use the files?

Hi, it seems that the problem is caused by only four specific samples. To resolve this, I would recommend merging your current dataset with relevant reference data.
